HUAWU YP Electro-Hydraulic Disc Brakes
YP Series Electro-hydraulic Disc Brakes are a high performance multi-functioning disc brake. Due to their automatic shoe clearance balance and wear compensation device they are maintenance friendly. Various limit switches can provide an interlocking protection signal to main machinery PLC. They function well for decelerating and stop/braking in large-scale modern machines such as loading and unloading machinery, lifting and transporting machinery, metallurgy equipment and mining equipment.
Features:
- Interlocking shoe clearance balancing device and shoe auto-aligning device (patented technology), constantly equalize the clearance of brake shoes on both sides with no need to adjust, this avoids one side of the brake lining sticking to the brake disc.
- Self-lubricating bearings are equipped at main hinge points, bringing high efficiency transmission, long performance life with no need to lubricate during the course of operation. Short closing time. (0.25s - 0.4s)
- Wear compensation devices can detect compensation of shoe clearance and relatively compensate brake torque. It avoids the trouble of adjusting.
- Torque adjustable built-in springs with torque scale and anti-wear linings.
- Brake linings are plug-in style, which are easy to replace. Brake linings of various materials such as power metallurgy and semimetals (non-asbestos), which are available for customers to choose.
- Equipped with our new thrusters: Quick reaction and long life-span.
Additional devices:
- Manual release levers.
- Release limit switches which can indicate signals e.g. brake is properly released or provide interlocking protection.
- Lining wear limit switches can automatically indicate alarm signal or provide interlocking protection when wear of brake lining is reaching the limit.
- Adopt thrusters with fall delay system; this can realize delay closing of brake.
