Rotary Indexers
Roller Pinion drive, precision cross-roller bearing and gearhead in one rigid unit. Unlike a cam indexer, it stops at any position – change the move with a new servo program – and indexes up to twice as fast.

How it works
How It Works
Rollers, Not Sliding Teeth
Rollers on the pinion mesh with the gear, so there’s no backlash and almost no wear. A preloaded cross-roller bearing carries the load; a planetary or harmonic gearhead, or a direct-drive motor, drives the pinion.
