Solutions
What Is Static Costing You?
Printing. Wide-format and web printing.
Converting & packaging. Film, paper and label lines.
Processing machinery. Any machine where material builds up a charge.
Shocks, Sparks and Slow Lines
Operators get shocks, sparks risk damage, and lines run slower to avoid static.
The range
Elastic Static Cord and Mounting Magnets
The Zap-Off kit is just two parts: the elastic static cord, and magnets that hold it near the web. Earth the cord to the machine and the static dissipates.

How it works
How Zap-Off Works
Earth it, and static drains away.
A Conductive Cord Near the Web
Zap-Off is an elastic anti-static cord. Stretched across the machine close to the moving web and earthed to the machine frame, it wicks the static charge off the material – the charge simply dissipates to earth.

Mount It Where It’s Needed
Mounting magnets hold the cord up to 20 mm above or below the web, and the cord stretches to 50% of its length, so it can be fitted at several points along the line – wherever static builds up.
Why Zap-Off
It Just Works
Economical
Often outperforms costly static removal systems already installed.
Safer
