Elroller Steering Roller Systems
An Elroller corrects the web position on the infeed plane. A movable frame carrying one or two positioning rollers swivels around an imaginary pivot point – ideal where the process gives a long entry path.

How it works
How It Works
Steering the Web
The guide frame swivels on a fixed base. Like steering a bicycle, the roller sets the direction the web runs on to the next roller, so it must grip without slipping. With one roller the web wraps 90°; two rollers allow lower wrap angles.
