Redex Precision Drives​

With more than 70 years of valuable experience in developing and producing drive technology REDEX offers 3 ranges of planetary, spiral bevel and spur gearboxes.

SR series: Legacy product design, the hollow shaft epicyclic gear train available with 9 sizes from 200Nm up to 240 000Nm able to be used on multiple differential applications

BVI series: Cubic frame spur gearboxes offering, multi-gear ratios, high speed increasing capacity in compact cast iron housing

Z & R series: Spiral Bevel gearboxes, extremely versatile with various input-output arrangements including solid shaft or hollow bore options with outstanding performance.

BVI Multispeed Planetary Gear Reducer-Multiplier

Used for speed adjustment at constant power level, this range of Heavy duty Industrial Multi-speed gearboxes are designed for continuous operation.

Based on standard cast-iron castings, the versatile design is available with several options:

  • the output shafts can be supplied to rotate in the same or opposite directions
  • motor flanges can be supplied for direct motor mounting
  • up to 288 different speeds when using 4 gearboxes coupled together

R Series Spiral Bevel Gearbox

 R-series is the heavy duty extension of the Z-Series spiral bevel gearbox range. This  product line offers 3 larger sizes and 3 different ratios, with solid shaft or hollow bore options. Output Power ranges from 200 KW to 1500 KW.

Z Series Spiral Bevel Gearbox

The Z-Series spiral bevel gearbox product line offers 7 different sizes, 6 model types, and 9 ratios, with various input-output arrangements including solid shaft or hollow bore options, as well as universal mounting capability.

All of these options are made possible by a modular design concept that starts with a cubic housing.

The Z-Series is an extremely versatile product line, meeting virtually all of the technical offices requests.
