How it works
How a Shaft Handler Works
Clamp, Align, Pull
A powerful hydraulic (or electric) clamp grips the shaft end. A laser cross-hair and, on some models, a video camera help line the clamp up; precise hydraulic lift and side-shift move it in small steps. A swivel stops the shaft binding in the core as it goes in or out.
