Shlumpf Heavy Duty Shaft Handlers

Schlumpf offers heavy duty shaft handlers that lift, turn and rotate heavy shafts, reel spools and tissue core plugs.

Schlumpf heavy duty shaft handlers were designed to increase safety and productivity. Our selection includes three models of shaft handlers: the Speedy Shaft Handler, the Master Shaft Handler and the Delta Shaft Handler.

All of these models offer the following features:

• Hydraulic side shift option
• Hydraulic tooling tilt up option
• Spare tooling holder
• Clamp pressure sensor
• Shaft present sensor with lift over ride switch
• Travel speed restriction when load is raised
• Fixed straddle, adjustable or Euro pallet legs

Speedy Shaft Handlers

The Speedy Shaft Handler was designed to eliminate operator injury and equipment damage. With a weight capacity of 2,200 lbs, it can handle a range of heavy duty shafts.

Master Shaft Handlers

Schlumps offers heavy duty shaft handlers with the ability to lift, turn and rotate air shafts and shafted products. Custom tooling is available to ensure the handler is equipped with the capabilities to do exactly what you need it to do and improve productivity. Capacities up to 2,200 lbs (1000 kg)

Delta Shaft Handlers

The Delta Shaft Handler is the largest machine in our Heavy Duty Shaft Handler series. Its maximum weight capacity is 3,300 and it can travel vertically up to 130”. It is designed to handle even your toughest loads.

Shlumpf Light Duty Shaft Handlers

Schlumpf’s ESH portable electric shaft handler machines are a versatile tool for many shaft handling applications.

Designed for portability, ease of use and flexibility, these 24 volt battery powered shaft handling machines make lifting, inserting, extracting and transporting heavy shafts, reel spools and tissue core plugs safe and easy.

The compact design can get into tight work areas and the high quality castors minimize effort for moving even heavy loads.

Its convenient battery strength meter clearly shows when the sealed maintenance free batteries require charging.

Spare battery packs can be supplied for continuous charging. When charging is needed, Just plug in the optional 115 VAC, fully automatic charger and full battery power is restored with minimal downtime and no chance of over charging.
