Fan Drives
A fan drive (fan clutch) turns the engine cooling fan only when the engine needs it. With the fan off most of the time, the engine saves power and fuel and runs quieter.
Norman G Clark is the Australian distributor for Horton, with on/off, two-speed and fully variable fan drives for trucks, buses, mining, agricultural and off-highway equipment.
- On/off drives (DM Advantage, S and HT/S) engage fully when cooling is needed and freewheel when not.
- Two-speed and fully variable drives (DM Advantage Two-Speed, RCV250) match fan speed to the load.
- Use Find My Fan Drive to match a vehicle or an OEM part number to the right Horton drive.
