Torque Limiters

A torque limiter cuts the drive the moment a machine jams – before the gearbox, conveyor or product is damaged. Once the jam is cleared it resets and the machine carries on.

• Nexen air-operated torque limiters reset in the same position, so the machine stays in time.
• Merobel magnetic particle limiters slip smoothly at a set torque with permanent magnets – no power supply needed.
